Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Anchor (the “App”), including while it is in beta on TestFlight. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Anchor. If you have any questions, email us at anchorr26@gmail.com.

Using Anchor

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Anchor. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, so please keep your password safe and let us know right away if you think someone else has access.

This is beta software

Anchor is still being built and is currently offered through Apple’s TestFlight program. That means features can change, move, or be removed, and you may run into bugs or interruptions. We share the App during beta “as is” so you can try it and help us improve it, without any promise that it will be perfect or always available. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your feedback.

Your account and your data

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time from inside the App, under Profile then Delete Account.

Using Anchor fairly

Please use Anchor for its intended purpose. In particular, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the App.
• Try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or its security.
• Reverse engineer or copy the App except where the law specifically allows it.

Our content

Anchor, including its name, logo, design, and software, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. The data you create stays yours. By using the App, you give us permission to process that data so we can provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Anchor is a tool to help you build focus habits. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the App, including lost data or missed time. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so a few of these may not apply to you.

Ending access

You can stop using Anchor and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the App and the people who use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Anchor grows. When something meaningful changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
